10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Co Host Formula and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, the community, or any content. Our total liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us anything.
